Welcome to the NBA Daily Plays for Wednesday, March 2nd. We are testing out a new format for our daily plays article. The hope is that it will give readers the same information and also allow us to bring you the daily plays more often. If there are any stats or categories you would like to see added please let us know. We are going to highlight important stats and trends that we have available in our tools section and highlight some of our favorite plays based on those stats. Make sure you check out our NBA projections page to help in your DFS research. We also have an NBA Injury News page which monitors all injury news and offers pivot plays to consider if the injured player ends up sitting.

Stud Plays
Chris Paul (FD $10,200, DK $9,800) –
Chris Paul has been shouldering the Clippers offense with no Blake Griffin. Tonight he faces off against Russell Westbrook and will be tasked with not only slowing him down on the defensive end but also keeping pace with him offensively. He should be able to zero in on a triple double if he picks up enough rebounds. I like the chances for a number of peripheral stats tonight and he is the stud player I am building my teams around.
Other Stud Plays: John Wall, James Harden, Zach Randolph
Value Plays
Ryan Anderson (FD $5,800, DK $6,100)-
This pick is somewhat dependent on the availability of the Brow but I still think Anderson is a fine play even if the Brow suits up. Anderson is playing at an extremely high level right now and the Pelicans vs Rockets game will be targeted heavily by DFS players. If Brow doesn’t suit up Anderson will see incredibly high ownership levels.
Other Value Plays: D’Angelo Russell, Shabazz Muhammad, Al Jefferson
GPP Plays
Jordan Clarkson (FD $6,000, DK $6,000) –
Clarkson makes for an interesting pivot off of D’Angelo Russell tonight. All signs point to Kobe playing tonight but I do not think that affects either Clarkson or Russell a great deal. After Russells monster performance I think most people will look over Clarkson since he is the more expensive option. This makes him a solid GPP play in hopes that the production switches tonight and Clarkson has the monster game.
Other GPP Plays: Zach LaVine, Quincy Acy, Pau Gasol
