The NBA Daily Plays for Tuesday, November 24th breaks down the best Stud, Value and GPP plays at each position for FanDuel and DraftKings daily fantasy sports contests. The Stud & Value plays should be considered relatively chalky and are ideal for cash games. The GPP plays dig a little deeper to hopefully find some low owned talent who could pay off big in a tournament. Make sure you check out our NBA projections page to help in your DFS research.
Game Lines

Point Guard
Studs
Damian Lillard, Portland Trailblazers (FD $9,400, DK $9,000) –
Damian Lillard has had a phenomenal season thus far, and will look to keep it rolling vs. the Bulls tonight. On the season, Chicago has given up 52.6 FPPG on DraftKings. Plug Dame in while he’s still underpriced.
Values
D’Angelo Russell, Los Angeles Lakers (FD $5,200, DK $4,500)-
Head coach Byron Scott seems to have suddenly realized how valuable Russell is, as he’s given the rookie an average of 32 MPG over his last three contests. Tonight, he’ll see plenty of court time vs. a Warriors team that is susceptible to opposing point guards.
GPP Plays
Derrick Rose, Chicago Bulls (FD $7,000, DK $6,000) –
DRose is probable to play tonight, and has a great matchup vs. the lackluster defense of Damian Lillard. We may see vintage Derrick Rose tonight, and I expect the point guard to be overlooked by a large percentage of players.
Shooting Guard
Studs
Jimmy Butler, Chicago Bulls (FD $8,400, DK $8,100) –
In a scarce field of shooting guards, Jimmy Butler is a premier play tonight. His court time has been consistent, as well as his production. Portland doesn’t have anyone capable of defending Butler, and he should be able to impose his will on both sides on the court. If Rose ends up sitting, Butler becomes a must play.
Values
Will Barton, Denver Nuggets (FD $5,400, DK $5,800) –
It feels weird recommending Thrill Barton as a value play, seeing how he’s so darn good. However, his price tag has yet to ascend, and I’ll recommend him until it’s outrageous to do so. He doesn’t have the best matchup tonight, but will see plenty of minutes vs. the Clippers.
GPP Plays
Avery Bradley, Boston Celtics (FD $6,000, DK $5,500) –
Marcus Smart is out for the next couple of weeks, which will open up plenty of court time for Avery Bradley. Tonight, he faces a Hawks team that is terrible at defending the wing. His 3-point ability carries a ton of value on DraftKings, where he is priced under $6k.
Small Forward
Studs
Paul George, Indiana Pacers (FD $9,500, DK $9,900) –
Paul George is likely to be the highest fantasy scorer on the night, and is still criminally underpriced. Otto Porter has been tough on opposing small forwards, but will be no match for PG13. George is a must play in cash.
Values
Andre Iguodala, Golden State Warriors (FD $4,900, DK $5,200) –
The Golden State Warriors will blow the Lakers out of the water tonight, which will open up plenty of playing time for top bench option, Andre Iguodala. Iggy should easily make value in this matchup.
GPP Plays
Danilo Gallinari, Denver Nuggets (FD $6,900, DK $6,700) –
The Nuggets have a high team total tonight, and Gallinari will be a large offensive contributor. Danilo makes an interesting pivot from Paul George, but if you can include both, you may hit the jackpot.
Power Forward
Studs
Paul Millsap, Atlanta Hawks (FD $8,600, DK $8,200) –
Fact: Paul Millsap is very good. Another fact: The Celtics won’t be able to stop him. Millsap is a great play in cash, but has the explosiveness that is sought in tournaments.
Values
Dwight Powell, Dallas Mavericks (FD $4,600, DK $4,700) –
If you desperately need value at power forward tonight, Dwight Powell is your only hope. He’s likely to hit 4 times his value, but doesn’t have the potential to do much more. Powell is a fine play in cash, but doesn’t have a favorable ceiling for GPPs.
GPP Plays
Blake Griffin, Los Angeles Clippers (FD $9,200, DK $9,400)-
Griffin is in a great position tonight, as he faces a Denver defense that has been pretty woeful in the front court. However, the power forward has been inconsistent to start the season, and is only viable in tournaments.
Center
Studs
Marc Gasol, Memphis Grizzlies (FD $7,800, DK $7,300) –
Marc Gasol is having a great season, and is the primary, secondary, and tertiary option within the Grizzlies offense. He should beat up on a Dallas interior that is allowing 45.5 FPPG to opposing centers on FanDuel.
Values
Festus Ezeli, Golden State Warriors (FD $4,300, DK $4,300) –
I LOVE Ezeli tonight. He’ll receive a ton of minutes in a certified blowout, and has the pleasure of facing the worst front court in the league. I don’t pay up for centers unless I have to, and Ezeli’s low salary allows room for Paul George and Millsap. Festus should be at his Bestus.
GPP Plays
DeAndre Jordan, Los Angeles Clippers (FD $7,600, DK $7,400) –
Jordan is the highest projected center in our spreadsheets, and is generating a low social buzz. That makes for a dangerous combination in tournaments, as Jordan could explode at a fairly low ownership percentage. DJ also provides a safe floor for cash games.
