Please note the advice below is relevant for daily fantasy purposes. A player or team might be better or worse from a fantasy perspective than in real life due to matchup, price, and lots of other factors. This is important to consider when constructing a roster.
Injuries play a huge role in NBA DFS on a nightly basis. Value plays on the various daily fantasy sites can arise at a moment’s notice so always, always check the starting lineups and injury news right before tipoff.
The Full Roster contests on FanDuel include a new scoring system in which the lowest score of the nine selected players is dropped, allowing users to take more risks with a punt play or two. Then, DraftKings has brought back its late swap for NBA contests.

NBA DFS Top Plays for November 26, 2018
Best Guards for November 26, 2018
Kemba Walker vs. MIL ($9.4k DraftKings, $9.2k FanDuel)
Milwaukee is first in offensive rating and plays at the fourth-fastest pace in the league, which is why the Bucks cough up the fourth-most 3PT attempts (35.9) per game. Kemba Walker leads the NBA in 3PT attempts (180) and makes (69) with a team-high 32.2% usage rate this year. He went for 41 points on 15-of-29 FG shooting (7-of-13 3PT shooting) in a loss to the Bucks earlier this year and is averaging 30.8 PPG while shooting a ridiculous 46.6% from three over nine home games. The Hornets (+4.5) are underdogs tonight, and Kemba thrives in that role as the first and last option for his team.
Kyrie Irving @ NO ($8.7k DraftKings, $9.0k FanDuel)
Kyrie Irving has tried to put the struggling Celtics offense on his back with averages of 24.8 PPG and 6.6 APG while shooting 49.6% from the field with a 31.1% usage rate in November. The Pelicans play at the third-fastest pace and allow the second-most PPG (117.2) this season. They also rank 27th in 3PT shooting (.368) and yield the eighth-most PPG (21.01) to opposing PGs. Kyrie’s production is often inflated whenever the Celtics wind up in a high-scoring affair, and New Orleans owns the league’s second-rated offense. It looks like Anthony Davis will return from a one-game absence, ensuring the potency of the Pels’ offense.
Collin Sexton vs. MIN ($5.8k DraftKings, $5.8k FanDuel)
The Cavs are moving towards the future and, instead of tanking, have surprisingly won their last two games against 76ers and Rockets. Collin Sexton has scored in double figures in eight straight games with a 26.4% usage rate during that span. Plus, he was leading the first unit against those capable defenses. Now, he’ll face a Wolves team that ranks 22nd in defensive rating while allowing the second-most APG (25.4) and 3PTM (12.3) per game this year. Minnesota coughs up the third-most PPG (21.81) to opposing PG and has predictably struggled on the perimeter since trading Jimmy Butler. Since the Cavs are dead last in defensive rating and both these teams allow over 111 PPG, it makes sense to bet the Over (216.5) as well.
Other guards to consider: Jrue Holiday, Chris Paul, Bradley Beal, Derrick Rose, Ricky Rubio, Jordan Clarkson, Justin Holiday, Alec Burks, Bryn Forbes, Ryan Arcidiacano
Best Forwards for November 26, 2018
Kevin Durant vs. ORL ($10.9k DraftKings, $11.5k FanDuel)
With Draymond Green (toe) and Steph Curry (groin) both out, Kevin Durant is worth paying up for tonight even if the Warriors don’t have the best matchup at home. He’s carried his team out of a slump with 76 points, 21 rebounds, and 14 assists over two wins. Even though he’s leading the team in turnovers during that span, he’s a lock to be busy again considering he’s posted a usage rate of at least 31 percent in nine straight appearances since Curry’s injury. Orlando is average in just about every defensive category but most vulnerable against the PG position. Even though Quinn Cook is the nominal PG, the Warriors will continue to run their offense through Durant, one of the safest plays on the board with a projection of 56 DraftKings points on FantasyLabs.
Jabari Parker vs. SA ($6.3k DraftKings, $7.5k FanDuel)
Jabari Parker has been popping off models on FantasyLabs all season with his tantalizing upside. Now, he’s finally stringing together consistent results with three straight big lines and is worth rolling with at a mid-tier price tag against the regressing Spurs defense. Uncharacteristically, San Antonio ranks 27th in opponent 2PT shooting (.542) and is coughing up 115.9 PPG on the road. Rudy Gay has been limited by a heel injury and is not particularly adept at denying penetration. Thus, Parker should be able to drive and score at will as the Bulls’ clear-cut No. 2 option behind Zach LaVine. Once again, Parker has a great per-dollar rating in DK models on FantasyLabs with the potential for 5.3x salary returns.
Otto Porter vs. HOU ($5.7k DraftKings, $6.5k FanDuel)
Despite benching scapegoat Carmelo Anthony, Houston has been awful on the defensive perimeter. James Harden is not setting a great example, as the Rockets rank dead last in DvP against opposing SGs, putting Bradley Beal on the radar tonight. At a more reasonable price tag, Otto Porter can offer a solid floor with the ceiling he flashed on Saturday (29 points on 12-15 FG shooting) against the Pelicans. Porter owns a 141 offensive rating over his last three appearances and is seeing more usage with Markieff Morris now leading the second unit.
Other forwards to consider: Giannis Antetokounmpo, Nikola Mirotic, Domantas Sabonis, Jayson Tatum, Dario Saric, Cedi Osman, Jae Crowder, David Nwaba
Best Centers for November 26, 2018
LaMarcus Aldridge @ CHI ($8.1k DraftKings, $8.5k FanDuel)
Chicago has simply been abysmal against opposing big men this year, which is hardly surprising with Bobby Portis (knee) and Lauri Markkanen (elbow) out injured, and Robin Lopez is being benched for younger talent. LaMarcus Aldridge should be lightly owned tonight as he comes off a quiet game against the Bucks, but prior to that, he went for 33 points and 14 rebounds in a plus matchup against the Pacers. We could expect similar results tonight if the Bulls (+6) keep things close at home. He’s projected for a solid 42.1 DK points with a ceiling of 63.9 DK points per models on FantasyLabs.
Julius Randle vs. BOS ($7.6k DraftKings, $7.8k FanDuel)
The Pelicans will have a decided advantage down low tonight when they bring Julius Randle off the bench. Boston remains vulnerable with undersized center Al Horford starting while slow bigs Aron Baynes and Daniel Theis come off the bench. None of them match up well against Randle, who grabbed headlines with 29 points, 15 rebounds, and 7 assists against the Wizards’ non-existent defense Saturday. Boston ranks 26th against opposing centers over the last two weeks and is coughing up the third-most RPG (46.8) overall while shooting 43.7% from the field (28th in NBA) this year. It looks like Anthony Davis (hip) will return tonight, so best to steer clear of Randle in Cash games.
Other centers to consider: Karl-Anthony Towns, Nikola Vucevic, Clint Capela, Cody Zeller
