We are heading to the end of the football season which is the beginning of the Fantasy Football Championship season. With the Fantasy Aces Football Championship in the books, we turn our attention to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas for our fantasy Football Millionaire. There was plenty of action across the industry for large field tournaments and we are heading into the final weeks where untold millions will be given out. The Fanduel Championship is next week and that will complete our live event finals for the year. Having Bell in this week turned out to be a great idea. He obviously has established himself as an elite option every week and now has the price tag to go along with it. It was a surprise to see that both lineups in the FanDuel $2.5M had ZERO exposure to him. Some guys are just not affordable.
DraftKings King of the Beach
50 teams competing on a short schedule for a million dollars. As the 1PM games were coming to a close, Comox_Warrior was in the lead. Without the amazing performance from Le’Veon Bell, who threw up a ridiculous 50 points this weekend, he pulled into and remained in the lead. His lead would not last however, as our new KOTB Champion Kobe4MVP still had Wilson, Anderson, and Baldwin to go in the 3PM slate. Yourfavwhiteguy was only a few points behind at this point, with the Broncos D still keeping him alive. Unfortunately the pick six that would have throw him into the lead was overturned as the ball hit the ground it left him out of the top spot. The last TD pass from Wilson to Baldwin sealed the deal for Kobe4MVP, who became this years DraftKings King of the Beach Fantasy Football Champion. Check out the million dollar winning lineup below.

Fanduel NFL Sunday Million
Fanduel finished qualifying everyone for their Live Championships last week so the only major tournament going on this weekend was the Sunday Million. The prize pool jumped back up to $2.25 million and the first place finisher walked away with a $250,000 prize. jrdcolts (who rostered NO colts) This lineup was very creative, with a very low combined ownership, and a fantastic Monday Night Football play. We all watched Julio Jones torch Sam Shields all night, to the tune of 259 yards receiving and a TD. Going only 4.3% owned his 37.4 points were enough to push him into first by only a couple of points. Jones, cuffed to Matt Ryan went for a combined 69.7 points. Coming up from 60 plus points behind is quite the sweat. Check out the results and the winning lineup below.
With very few high dollar tournaments this weekend this article ends up being a little shorter than usually. Business picks up in full next week with the FFFC in Las Vegas and Draftkings begins their “Biggest 3 Weeks in Fantasy Football” so there will be plenty to talk about as we wrap up the season. Fantasy Aces is also beginning to qualify people for their new live final for NBA where the winner will be awarded $40,000 bucks. If we start talking about “the third site” which happens often, having live finals is a good way to go about getting there. Make sure you get in on some DFS this week, especially NFL, because the season is going to end before you know it. Happy Grinding, Grinders!
