Injuries play a huge role in the NBA on a nightly basis, and value plays can arise at a moment’s notice. Always, always check the starting lineups and injury news right before tipoff.

Best NBA DFS Picks for December 2, 2017

Guards

Jamal Murray vs. LAL (DraftKings 4.9k, FanDuel 5.1k)
The Denver Nuggets are destined for big things and Jamal Murray is a reason why. The Kentucky product is averaging 13 points, three boards and two dimes a contest. He’s scored over 10 points in three of the last five contests. The Lakers are giving up 108.7 points per game and don’t have a lot of guards who can matchup with Murray. The Canadian kid should be in for a bucket filled night.

Avery Bradley @ PHI (5.6k DraftKings, 6.5k FanDuel)
Avery Bradley is known for his defense but he’s been solid on the offensive end this year. The former Celtic is averaging 16.8 ppg while collecting 1.5 steals a game. Last time out he was 9/12 from the field for 20 points and shot 2/3 from the behind the arc. Philly gives up 108 points a contest so it could become a track meet this Saturday Night.

Jordan Clarkson @ DEN (4.9k DraftKings, 5.3k FanDuel)
It’s early but Jordan Clarkson has put his name in the conversation for Sixth Man of the Year. Clarkson is averaging 15.4 points a game off the bench while dishing out three assists per contest. In the last four games, he is dropping 16.3 points per game and shooting 48% from deep. If the Lakers starters falter early, Clarkson is bound to get a ton of minutes. He also is the team leader in usage percentage at 28.2%.

Others to consider: Ben Simmons, Eric Bledsoe, Dwyane Wade, Malcolm Brogdon

Forwards

Robert Covington vs. NYK (5.9k DraftKings, 6.3k FanDuel)
Robert Covington is averaging 14.7 points per contest while ripping down 6.1 rebounds. He’s come a long way from being booed by the Philly crowd. Covington is shooting just under 42% from deep and gets almost two steals a contest. With so much attention on Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid, BobCov gets a ton of open looks in the corners.

Kevin Love vs. MEM (7.7k DraftKings, 8.1k FanDuel)
The Memphis Grizzlies are struggling and the Cavaliers aren’t the team you want to face when struggling. Kevin Love has found a groove this year, averaging a double-double (19 points, 10.3 rebounds). He’s shooting 36% from three and 89% from the free throw line. In the last six contests, he’s averaging 20.7 points and is ripping down 10.3 boards a game.

Khris Middleton @ IND (6.9k DraftKings, 7.6k FanDuel)
Khris Middleton’s been awesome for the Milwaukee Bucks this year. He’s dropping 19.3 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. Last game against the Portland Trailblazers he collected 26 points and was 4 of 6 from the behind the arc. In the previous five games, he’s averaged 20.4 points and 3.2 dimes. The Kings will be on the second night of a back to back and the Bucks should be poised to take advantage.

Others to Consider: Will Barton, Buddy Hield, Dario Saric

Centers

Jusuf Nurkic @ NOP (7k DraftKings, 7.6k FanDuel)
Jusuf Nurkic is now part of the big three with Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum. Nurkic is dropping 15.5 points per game while pulling down right at eight rebounds. Last game against the Bucks, he put up 25 points and 11 rebounds. He’s recorded a double-double in three of the last five games while dropping over 20 in two of the contests. The Pelicans surrender 108.9 points per game which is 27th in the league.

Kenneth Faried @ LAL (4.8k DraftKings, 5.2k FanDuel)
Kenneth Faried isn’t as feared as he used to be but he is quietly putting up good numbers. In the last four game, he’s averaging 11.3 points and 9.3 rebounds. The Lakers don’t have many defensive bigs so Faried should have a monster night. He’s an efficient scorer and a beast on the glass. The Morehead State product is shooting 75% from the charity stripe this year.

Others to Consider: Joel Embiid, Marc Gasol, Anthony Davis
