NBA DFS DraftKings.com & FanDuel.com Lineups & Picks for November 25, 2017

For the NBA DFS slate tonight, and for the rest of the season, we’ll be writing up the guards, forwards, and centers we’re considering for our Cash and GPP lineups on DraftKings and FanDuel.

Please note the advice below is relevant for daily fantasy purposes. A player or team might be better or worse from a fantasy perspective than in real life due to matchup, price, and lots of other factors. This is important to consider when constructing a roster.

Injuries play a huge role in the NBA on a nightly basis, and value plays can arise at a moment’s notice. Always, always check the starting lineups and injury news right before tipoff.

Best NBA DFS Picks for November 25, 2017

Guards

Dennis Smith Jr. vs. OKC (DraftKings 5.4k, FanDuel 6.4k)
The Dallas Mavericks are rebuilding, and Dennis Smith Jr. is their future star. He is averaging 14.5 points, four assists, and four boards a game. Though he draws a tough with a matchup against Russell Westbrook tonight, he isn’t intimidated by anyone. Last game against Memphis he dropped 17 on the always-tough Grizzlies. Ultimately, Smith is first in usage rate (29.4 percent) on the Mavs, and you can’t ignore that.

Eric Bledsoe @ UTA (6.9k DraftKings, 6.5k FanDuel)
Eric Bledsoe needed a change of scenery, and he proved it against his former squad recently. Last time out against the Suns, he dropped 30 points and seven dimes. Giannis Antetokounmpo is questionable, so Bledsoe could be seeing more ball-handling opportunities and buckets.  He’s currently averaging 15 points and four rebounds a game.

J.J Redick vs. ORL (4.9k DraftKings, 5.3k FanDuel)
J.J Redick has provided sharpshooting and leadership for the up-and-coming 76ers this year. He’s dropped at least 10 points in each of his last five games, including 20 points twice. The former Blue Devil makes two 3s a game and is shooting 38 percent from deep. The Sixers should take advantage of a porous Magic defense, which allow just over 109 points a game, fifth-worst in the association. With Ben Simmons already ruled out, Redick might be quite chalky tonight. But at his price, could easily exceed value and be a key part of a GPP lineup.

Others to consider: Donovan Mitchell, Jrue Holiday, Steph Curry, Austin Rivers

Forwards

Ryan Anderson vs. NYK (4.7k DraftKings, 4.2k FanDuel)
The Houston Rockets have weapons everywhere, and Ryan Anderson is an absolute gunner for them. He averages 12 points a game, and most of them come from 3-pointers. Anderson dials it up from deep just over seven times a game and averages just under three made trey balls. The Knicks will be playing the second night of a back-to-back, and the Rockets should improve on their average of 113.3 points a contest.

Otto Porter vs. POR (6k DraftKings, 6.3k FanDuel)
Otto Porter is the forgotten member of the Washington Wizards’ attack. He’s averaging 15.7 points and just over seven boards a contest. In the last five games, he’s averaging 12.3 points and has recorded two double-doubles. He makes just under two 3s a game and is shooting 48 percent from distance. The Wizards can fill it up too, averaging 108.4 points a game.

Jayson Tatum @ IND (6k DraftKings, 6k FanDuel)
Jayson Tatum is making Danny Ainge look like a very smart man. After Boston traded down to select him, Tatum is averaging 12.4 points and six rebounds a game. He’s tallied at least 12 points in four of the last five games and shot 48 percent from the field. Both teams will be playing the second night of a back-to-back, but Tatum’s rookie energy should carry him. He dropped 13 the last time Indiana and Boston squared off.

Others to Consider: Paul George, Evan Fournier, Rodney Hood

Centers

Willie Cauley-Stein vs. LAC (4.9k DraftKings, 5.6k FanDuel)
Willie Cauley-Stein dominated his last game against the Lakers. He put 28 points on LA and grabbed six boards. This year, the former Kentucky big man has expanded his game to become an offensive threat. In the last five games, he’s averaging 14.8 points and six rebounds. He doesn’t shoot from outside the key too often and is a recipient of a ton of lobs.

Dwight Howard @ ATL (6.7k DraftKings, 7.9k FanDuel)
Dwight Howard is playing like his former self this year, at least the Rockets version of himself. He’s averaging 15 points and 12.9 rebounds a game as well as protecting the rim with just over a block a game. He’s scored 20 points or more in the last three games and has had a double-double in each of those contests. Against the Minnesota Timberwolves, he put up all-pro numbers, dropping 25 points and ripping down 20 boards.

Others to Consider: Joel Embiid, Clint Capela, Anthony Davis
