Best NHL DFS Picks for November 22, 2017
NHL DFS Centers
Ryan Johansen vs. MTL (4.9k DraftKings, 5.4k FanDuel)
Ryan Johansen is back on track and looking like the number one center for the Nashville Predators. Johansen’s tallied six points in his last five games, including eight shots on net. The Predators should take advantage of Montreal’s porous defense. They are allowing 3.52 goals per game.
J.T. Miller @ CAR (3.8k DraftKings, 5.2k FanDuel)
J.T. Miller’s been held off the scoresheet the past five games, so he’s due for a breakout game. The Ranger center does have 15 points (three goals, 12 assists) in 21 games. He’s recorded one goal and three assists when the Rangers have the power-play. Miller’s done some damage on the road, tallying two goals and eight helpers.
Patrice Bergeron @ NJD (6.7k DraftKings, 7.2k FanDuel)
Patrice Bergeron’s been effective for the Boston Bruins, producing four goals and eight assists. He’s collected four points when Boston has the man advantage. Bergeron will be a cheap add to your lineup and always has the potential for a big night. The Devils allow just over three goals a game, and the Bruins could put up a big number against New Jersey.
Others to consider: Sean Monahan, Anze Kopitar, Auston Matthews

NHL DFS Wingers
Jason Zucker @ BUF (5.9k DraftKings, 6.1k FanDuel)
Jason Zucker’s been a pleasant surprise for the Minnesota Wild, tallying 11 snipes and five assists. He’s also potted three goals on the power-play. In the last five games, he’s fired three past the goalie while recording eight shots on net. The opposing Sabres are 28th in the league in goals surrendered per game at 3.48.
Johnny Gaudreau @ CBJ (7.4k DraftKings, 8k FanDuel)
Johnny Gaudreau is well on his way to another all-star season and has been dominant. “Johnny Hockey” is third in the league in points with 31. In the previous five contests, he’s totaled 12 points (six goals, six assists). He acts like the quarterback for Calgary’s power-play, dishing out 10 assists. Gaudreau isn’t afraid to fire the puck on net, and in the last five games, he’s recorded 22 shots on net.
Mikko Rantanen vs. DAL (4.7k DraftKings, 6.2k FanDuel)
Mikko Rantanen has been great for the Colorado Avalanche this year. He’s second on the team in points with 17. He’s got five tallies in the previous five games including a three-point effort against the Capitals. Rantanen has proven incredible on the power-play, recording five goals and five assists.

NHL DFS Defensemen
P.K. Subban vs. MTL (4.7k DraftKings, 5.5k FanDuel)
P.K. Subban welcomes his former team into Smashville tonight. Subban will be pumped up, so expect a big game. He’s dished out four helpers in the last two games and has 16 points total this year. He’s also logged seven assists on the power-play this year.
Brandon Montour vs. VGK (4.2k DraftKings, 4.9k FanDuel)
Brandon Montour has been an absolute weapon for the Anaheim Ducks this year. He’s put up 12 points in 20 games including six goals. Montour has potted three goals on the power-play this year, and he’s sniped three game winners too. Montour even contributed a shorthanded goal this season.
Nick Leddy vs. PHI (5.5k DraftKings, 5k FanDuel)
Nick Leddy’s been a steady force for the Islanders, producing 16 points in 20 games. Leddy has been hot of late, recording six points in the last five contests. He must love home cooking because he’s tallied nine points at the Barclays Center in 2017. The Islanders can light up the scoreboard; they ranked second in the league in goals per game with 3.60.
Others to consider: Duncan Keith, Victor Hedman, Mike Green
NHL DFS Goalies
Devan Dubnyk @ BUF (7.4k DraftKings, 8.9k FanDuel)
Devan Dubnyk’s been very streaky this year for the Wild. He had a three-game shutout streak where he made at least 30 saves in those contests. He’s recorded eight wins this year with a 2.57 goals against average. Tonight is a good matchup for him, as Buffalo struggles to score, averaging a league-worst 2.29 goals a game.
Matt Murray vs. VAN (8.1K DraftKings, 8.9k FanDuel)
Matt Murray should take advantage of a Vancouver Canucks team that will be on the second night of a back-to-back. Murray’s goals against average is 2.81, and he’s tallied 11 wins on the season. The Canucks simply lack offense and only average 2.55 goals a contest.
Others to Consider: Jonathan Quick, Martin Jones, Pekka Rinne
